I’m one of those people who is so earnest people think they are being fake.

It’s allowed me to create amazing relationships AND it’s also been the reason I’ve been taken advantage of.

And yet for all the heartbreak, I can’t give it up.  I believe it’s the only path to my secret heart.

I find when I first meet people, it's the ones who have been burned before that think I'm being disingenuous.  It takes awhile for them to trust I am genuine.

i can deeply relate to this.

my presence can make very disingenuous people really uncomfortable…curious if you’ve experienced that as well

But of course it’s hard to tell myself the same thing 😂

You learn a lot By allowing yourself to be taken advantage of. 

Helps define the correct path IMO. Easy to isolate waste.
