Want to know why @alliancedao alumni rave about us? Here’s one reason: I did not take any break from work this year including every single Federal Holiday. That’s how you crush your gazillion competitors many of which are 10x your size. Speed is the only real moat.

You don’t have to be faster than your competitors, you have to be better. So yes your experimentation cycle time should be as low as you can make it, but running the wrong experiments aren’t going to make you better. Being better is the only real moat.
