The target user list was optimizing for number of followers so the snapshotted cutoff was minimum 500 followers (excludes spam)

Note: each project can have different criteria for what they're optimizing for e.g. # of followers, frames usage, onchain transaction count, new users, etc so please note the target airdrop list can be different for each project

General question about verification, how do different levels of verification (points) affect airdrop allocations, if at all?

Each project has different criteria so if some decide to include this then that will get factored in and won't if projects exclude
