Why are your parents great?

This thread was insightful learning about other casters' childhoods both having a great support system and those without one but got to where they are despite that (plus everything in between)

As someone who cut off contact with a family member since I was young, every family situation can be wildly different

Agree it was fascinating. 

I remember hearing on founder's podcast just how many had difficult relationships with their parents and found that as a source of strength to rely on later.

I can relate to this. Everyone has their own journey! Cheers.
