Need a bounty frame design for our "boost" feature on Bountycaster (bountybot reposts bounty to get more attention). We want this frame to stand out in /bounties

I kept the original design. I created it with a space background to signify that the bounty is boosted to the point of rocketing into space. I adjusted the background colors to be slightly faded so that the text remains readable. In the top and bottom right corners, I added elements of an astronaut and a rocket to indicate that this cast is boosted.
