Particular shoutout to Moxie since so many people were confused on how it worked and posted bounties for it :P

Is there a step by step instructions to make bounty?

- post a bounty template (don't worry about formatting or ordering since we're using OpenAI to process it)

- subscribe to a daily digest of direct cast notifications to new full-time jobs and bounties posted by category

How do I decide and tell which one is the bounty winner? Is it done in reply or I have to do something else?
