How do you prioritize what to ship when listening to users?

Really depends on the situation but often factor in things like amount of eng work it takes, how often heard from users this is an issue/painpoint, does this unlock new user behavior (esp while we are so early on)

Any tools you find useful to keep track of issues & pain points/feature request before triaging to eng? I’ve found not everyone likes notion 😂
