I know that quality of impatience. It's hard for me to wait for things to happen. I'm very emotional🔥 I'm quick to make decisions, quick to get excited, but just as quick to cool down. How do I learn patience? Does anyone have any advice on this🙏?

You know, I'm in the same situation 🥲, I really understand you. Meditation and grounding help me. When I start feeling like I can't wait, I just focus on my breathing and try to return to the present moment. It really helps me calm down and see everything from a different perspective 500 $DEGEN

Great advice. Thank you🙏 But I don't really understand what meditation is. When I'm already excited, how do I switch my thoughts to something else?

I mean, the effect of regular meditation is that when it's a part of your life, your perception of reality and your state of mind start to shift. Over time, this practice helps to change your automatic reactions and behavior strategies. So, when you're excited or overwhelmed, instead of struggling to immediately switch your thoughts, meditation gradually trains your mind to respond differently, bringing more calm and clarity into your reactions. It’s a long-term transformation that leads to a more balanced and mindful approach to everyday situations. It works like that for me🫰🏻

I realized that you have a long way of learning to meditate behind your roaches. Can you tell me where to start? And is it possible to learn meditation on your own, without a mentor?

Of course, you can start without a guide, at home. The easiest and most convenient way is to use a meditation app. I use the Prosto app 👌🏼
