I know that quality of impatience. It's hard for me to wait for things to happen. I'm very emotional🔥 I'm quick to make decisions, quick to get excited, but just as quick to cool down. How do I learn patience? Does anyone have any advice on this🙏?

You know, I'm in the same situation 🥲, I really understand you. Meditation and grounding help me. When I start feeling like I can't wait, I just focus on my breathing and try to return to the present moment. It really helps me calm down and see everything from a different perspective 500 $DEGEN

So, when you're excited or overwhelmed, instead of struggling to immediately switch your thoughts, meditation gradually trains your mind to respond differently, bringing more calm and clarity into your reactions. It’s a long-term transformation that leads to a more balanced and mindful approach to everyday situations. It works like that for me🫰🏻
