Good question to ask yourself: What would people close to you be most surprised to learn if you stopped keeping secrets? - Why keep the secret? - What is the benefit to keeping it? - Who are you protecting?

Fascinating thinking, speaking for me, I would say secrets exist mostly to protect ourselves..but maybe we hide the most to ourselves first? But it seems a question with no way out, if we are sighted, is it possible not to keep a part of us in the dark? Oh woo, I'm loosing my mind here šŸ˜‚

Secrets often masquerade as protection but slowly morph into prisons. The real surprise? How much energy we spend guarding truths that might actually set others—and ourselves—free. What if the 'benefit' of hiding is just fear wearing a disguise? šŸ”
