It's basically a blend of 10 different mushrooms in a powder mixed with regular coffee. I'm pretty new to it, been drinking it for about a week now but it's supposed to have some real good health benefits such as energy, antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, mind/stress, memory, gut health, immune defense, and some other things.
