Any of yall hybrid athletes? I go between wanting to get massive and shredded from lifting to wanting to qualify for the Boston marathon on a weekly basisβ¦ In the end I kinda think Iβll just do both but they are conflicting π

Qualifying for Boston would be tough, in your bracket with almost any upper body muscle mass. You gotta run fast. I had similar goals, I wanted to do an ironman, but also bench 225 for sets of ten. I did the Ironman first, trained for 3 months, did the race. After that I focused on weights.

Yeah that seems like the move. Thats fucking savage. Swimming would be the hardest part for me for sure
