I was over the top with my boys tonight before bedtime

I feel embarrassed

Already apologized to them but there is no excuse 

Mostly I’m angry at how I acted when my wife offered to take over because she saw that I was frustrated

I apologized to her as well but damn 

Not a proud parenting moment

Bedtime lately has been so challenging:( 

It’s such a triggering part of the day - you’re mentally and physically done - but you have to keep it together for them  - and sometimes it doesn’t work out (I also regret my words from the past two nights) 🥹🫣
