So funny! Also, I think it’s hilarious that people are surprised that young girls are into skin care, but I was the same way at their age. It was just less options. Clean and clear, noxema, st Ives (lol), proactive whatever we could find at Walgreens or Walmart

completely agree, way fewer options and skincare products weren't as linked to status. they were moreso functional. whereas now, my tween+friends have to have the sol, DE, summer fridays, etc.
