Todays /success topic of the day: What’s one outdated practice or belief that you think needs to be challenged or discarded? I think we need to change the practice of saying “the customer is always right.” This can lead to toxic client relationships and to unreasonable expectations. It’s ok to say NO. What do you think?

Agreed! 90% of the time the customer is wrong. I'm not sure what company used the slogan "A well-educated customer is our best customer" but that should be the norm. I would get rid of some of the old-school superstition stuff like "knock on wood," Really! wtf!
