What do you do with variegated nasturtium?

Does it have a flavor similar to various lettuce or does it have a very specific flavor?

Thx for this info! This must be similar to people saying Cilantro tastes like soap.

it’s pretty specific tbh - has a bit of spice and very mild horseradish characteristics. some say it tastes like gasoline haha.

i don’t mind it and think it adds some nice balance to a salad, especially with a good dressing.
