It was a standard mince pie, so I reckon it's filled with spices, fruits like currents, raisins, berries, probably some bits of peels... just Christmas in a little pie! 😽🥧👌

Normally they're sweet. In the olden dayes, it was actually made from sweetened mince meat, hence the name. Nowadays for the shelf life and marketing to various diets, it's meat free.
