That looks delicious! Toasted with a little butter and a cup of coffee seems like the right way to devour that. Do you store that flour in the freezer? I have heard that it keeps fresher and longer, but not sure if that is true.

Good question! I store my flour in the pantry because I tend to go through it quickly. Have never tried the freezer :)
