Decided I want to be more active in this channel. Over the last 19 weeks 1) I’ve eaten the same thing everyday (easiest way to track macros) 2) work out everyday (mainly strength training) 3) at least 10k steps per day All bc I joined a group chat called crypto skinnies with some friends

Nice work man I lost over 55lbs with the same method. 10k steps. Tracked food. 4x gym sessions a week.
