Have you spent time in Crown Heights or Bed Stuy? I’ve lived in both, lots of localized cultural stuff, great night life and food, you’ll also get more space than in wburg

Another vote for Crown Heights – I lived at the Prospect/Crown border for a year and would definitely move back

Depends on what you’re looking for- but as a transition from wburg I’d think Fort Greene if you want something more chill but pretty, and East Village if you want more party and even more NYer life.
