i wish there was a way that if i posted a request for art that my entire balance for that day could be distributed evenly to every person who posted art .

probably . it could be a set time period with an upper limit on postees so when that limit was reached it would do the distribution . it's not perfect . one might not like all the art . but it would do a lot of good . especially if focused on particular channels .
