Now though, with the approval of the ETH ETFs, the market will rerate ETH based on a removal of this regulatory uncertainty.

It hasn't sunk in yet with the market. It's not even close to being priced in. Fact is that Ethereum has been suppressed by narratives in the general crypto community. They don't want Ethereum to succeed even though ETH as a commodity is good for crypto as a whole.
