Winter's Cry

Through the frosted pane, the outside speaks,
A quiet realm where winter peaks.
Bare trees reach with slender grace,
Against the sky, their silent embrace.
Snow blankets earth in muted tones,
A world of whispers, soft and lone.
Curtains sway in a tender sigh,
Framing stillness where dreams lie.
Inside, the warmth, a softer hue,
While winter paints its tranquil view.
A moment caught, serene and shy,
Between the room and winter’s cry.
