Yeah but an hour row is legendary and the times for short and long don’t remotely compare imo.

Do you do 500s or shorter distances ever, even for measuring full pace?

Wowow. I row regularly and I’m absolutely incapable of going below 2:00 lol. My pace is about 2:43 with a rate of 19–23 (over an hour, mind you)
