do you sleep with a wearable to track your sleep? i'm excited to take my watch off at the end of the night, and thinking about putting it back on, or wearing one 24 hours is slightly daunting

I’ve been wearing my Apple Watch the last 5 days and it has been out of battery all those days, not sure why.
