Went from not being able to write a single line of code in months to creating my first Farcaster bot in ~8hrs of work. All because I decided to become a full-time stay at home dad. The mental clarity created post being with kids makes coding such a simple task.

Less secret and *more suffering*. What Iβm thinking is happening. The dynamic shift in our family unit has given space for other new mind objects to appear. Shifting from intentional attention to kids, has given me greater focus at smaller objects when I shift my attention to less important stuff. β->

Interesting. I feel like Iβm trending in that direction as well now that our kid about to be 2. Def lose yourself too quickly if focus of life is someone other than yourself.

This makes sense. When I went back to work after parental leave, I was ruthless about my time. Focus and constraints in one part opens other things up.
