Who has the best online retail shopping experience? e.g. looked at zara, saks, shein, etc. Looking specifically for mindset driven shopping experiences.

i’ve enjoyed shopping on END Clothing and FARFETCH their iOS app is intuitive and snappy. customer service has also been great. on the other hand, aliexpress hasn’t disappointed. WYSIWYG

zara’s online shopping experience is arguably the worst on the World Wide Web — both the content and the UX. See photo 😂 Gucci is good. I like Alo Yoga. A wildcard is ASOS because they show videos of the clothes. Reformation’s is decent but their IRL shopping experience is phenomenal. https://i.imgur.com/sgGu
