Highly recommend Logseq if you are accustomed to Roam before. And if there are specific things in Obsidian you’re after, it’s possible to make them work together. in my experience, if you like tweaking a lot - obsidian. if you want something a bit more opinionated - logseq. I like and use both. but logseq stuck with me more than obsidian.
