Does on-chain (or another web3 tech) solve the link rot problem entirely or just gives us a fresh start? (Iā€™m not knowledgeable on link rot)

Not 100% sure but for me at a high level it decentralized points of failure (loss / removal of data) and pushes us in the right direction. Unlikely to totally solve the problem, but we iterate!
