For me, less to no carbs (sugar, fruits, grains, and even fiber). My body runs so much better on fat, protein and ketones. Could use less ignorance in the medical community of how important diet is for health (more important than any other factor), that it can heal and prevent illness better in the long run than any cocktail of drugs and that plant-based is not the best diet for humans. Could use less corruption in the food and pharmaceutical industries that bludgeon the government to give legitimacy to food guidelines that if followed result in lining their pockets but also bad health and metabolic disease for the majority of people and that influence nutrition for us all in many ways including schools and welfare programs as well as insurance-funded institutional medicine and what ends up in your grocery store labeled “healthy” when it is not.
