How often do you get colds and sore throats? 

Do you even get them in hotter countries?

I have this problem once a year, but without going to the doctor and after about 2 or 3 days, I feel better.

Before I had turbinate reduction surgery, I would get sick about 5 or 6 times a year, regardless of whether it was summer or winter. After turbinate reduction, I hardly ever get sore throat. Since 2017, when I had turbinate surgery, I have had sore throat 3 times. We are talking about 3 times in 7 years. The last time was a few days ago.

I probably get one 2-3x per year

Why wouldn't you still get them in hotter countries?
