Yes, I made it myself. I use one of those frother wands. One of these: https://www.amazon.com/Bonsenkitchen-Powerful-Handheld-Stainless-Wand-Black/dp/B076F3C4XP
I froth the matcha fixed with hot water first (half of the cup) and then I heated oat milk and frothed that in a glass and pour it into the matcha. I use almond milk instead now, but used to use oat. This was from 1.5 years ago. But I regular make and drink it at home.
