When you're working with basic kitchen supplies, you can use a sifter for your matcha. (🧵 👇)

1. Start by adding one teaspoon or 1.5 grams (about 0.05 ounces) of matcha and gently press it through the mesh. It's best to pre-warm the tea bowl beforehand but you can skip it.

Nice! I do something similar. 2g of matcha and 60g of water, 120-180g steamed milk and sometimes 1tsp of sugar

From experience, heated milk works best. But if you're in a hot country, it makes sense to use cold milk instead

I gonna to try it and add milk the next time :)
