When you're working with basic kitchen supplies, you can use a sifter for your matcha. (🧵 👇)

1. Start by adding one teaspoon or 1.5 grams (about 0.05 ounces) of matcha and gently press it through the mesh. It's best to pre-warm the tea bowl beforehand but you can skip it.

The Matcha looks really rich. I can almost smell the aroma from here. I enjoy Matcha mixed with milk; I love the nutty scent.
