Yes, it's essentially similar to /receipts but rewarding you Moxie or any other token 

Maybe I was preempting it a little too much because Moxie can be earned from replies, likes, recasts. So in theory if you have an accountability group pledged to essentially attest to streaks in a channel, you can have them automatically replyke each other in that channel as a small Moxie reward
