Many books and tea masters have different recipes, the one I follow is the ratio: 40 ml of matcha+ 160 ml milk. For matcha I use only 4 grams and in the beginning I pour 10 ml of water and make it like a thick paste and add the rest slowly. I’m making now some contents and will start to post them soon!
