Decent has a telegram bot that sends alerts when there are new proposals. 

I like your idea of the tool knowing who’s active (and who’s a token holder). We could probably get something like that set up with Push 🤔

@vocdoni has been a great integration with farcaster. Not sure how it all works but it’s great with notifications and voting on Warpcast. The most seamless voting experience in any DAOs I’m in

Discord Bot. Periodic script check the proposals, then redirect it to discord and/or telegram. Very simple.

Fine-tuning that to only active members and specifically notifying them is a bit more complicated.
