I found one I thought was correct but entered it into wc and wasn't able to move forward

If you put that seed phrase into a wallet app you can find the wallet address and see if it matches up with the wallet address on your old profile

how can i find the wallet address of my old profile?

if you click the 3 dots in the top right of that old account should be able to see the custody address
