it would instantly cut out email spam from botnets (the vast majority), and would make it easier to trace & blacklist bad actors 

imagine instead of blocking an email address or phone number, you block the actual human behind it, so they can never contact you across any account on any platform

even if you could prove personhood youd still be getting emails you dont want
