What’s one outdated practice or belief that you think needs to be challenged or discarded?

I think we need to change the practice of saying “the customer is always right.” This can lead to toxic client relationships and to unreasonable expectations. It’s ok to say NO.

Just accepting that women are always right makes life easier but I also don’t get into many disagreements with women
