🟥 I’ve been deeply optimistic about Ethereum for years — but the last few have seriously tested that conviction. 📉 Financially, ETH has underperformed: 🔹 Still down 64% from its 2021 ATH 🔹 Down 83% vs #SOL in 1 year 🔹 Up just 18% since Jan 2018 (vs +526% for #BTC) But under the surface, something is shifting 👇 🧠 Vitalik proposes replacing the EVM with RISC-V (zk-friendly, multi-language, scalable) ⚙️ EF is pivoting back to L1 scaling: 3x gas, zkVMs, 100ms txs 🔗 A new push to fix L2 fragmentation & unify UX The modular Ethereum vision is real.
