Throughput (gas/sec) is blockchain horsepower — a true measure of network usage.

🔹 The L2 critique
Many argue L2s are parasitic:
→ They capture value offchain
There’s truth here. Most L2 activity doesn’t yet meaningfully accrue to ETH.

🔹 But this is structurally bullish
More L2 throughput =
→ More blobs → more ETH burned
→ Cheaper UX → more app devs
→ Ethereum = universal settlement layer
ETH is the platform, even if value is spread across L2s.

🔹 What’s missing? Real usage
Infra is scaling. Now we need:
→ More wallets
→ More consumer apps
→ Real-world adoption

Without users, high throughput ≠ ETH price appreciation.

Ethereum’s modular roadmap is working.

But for ETH to win, the next chapter must be about adoption at scale.
