Net positive for crypto legislation in the US? No change at all? Or deregulation might lead to some harm?

Great point - I've heard that it's a proxy position, he won't actually have any real power.

I think he took chokepoint 2.0 more seriously during the whole banking crisis thing so good sign he really understands what is going on there
