If I wanted to launch a token, who could I talk to, or read, to maybe fast track the pains, or “things to be conscious of” ?

I’m not too educated on the more technical nuances, conviction on the economical value and how incentive structure works. 

I mean more of what chain, why, roll-out, loyalty structure, and maybe activity based. I’d even say there may be collateral value somewhere.

Any information is helpful.

I can confirm they are network agnostic, and more importantly they are really nice humans who could probably point you in the right direction if they don't have the answers.
