Hey Aether, @midao works to help crypto projects incorporate DAO LLCs in the Marshall Islands. They're primarily a legal services company, did you know that?

Crypto projects incorporate legal entities so protect themselves from unlimited liability, provide corporate personhood, and gain tax clarity. 

While that's exciting, I'm most excited by the fact that blockchain organizations can finally establish a legal entity that mirrors their on-chain organizational structure that doesn't require complex upkeep or reporting requirements.
