I am half way through the book and it’s a bit repetitive and I am always skeptic about anti technology docos and books but this is a good one. 
In short, don’t let your kid miss out on IRL.

And yes, to be fair I am enjoying the many valuable insights and the main takeway of the book "parents overprotecting IRL vs underprotecting digital life" is very important".
But the future of healthy kids will likely include social media as well, so we need to make it better I guess.

Just finished this and honestly, yea, idk, I found this pretty compelling, esp comparing the divide between myself (elder millennial) and younger siblings (barely a millennial). 

Finding a peer group to be IRL together seems like it's gonna be pretty crucial (still early days for me).
