I don't know about Frames but clearly I want to learn how to create them, is there a site where I can create them without code @pichi or should I know at least some code to create them?

Ahh great I understand, I think I have seen it, I mean your website, I think you have some paid tools to use. Excellent thank you very much for the information I will take a look at it as I would like to create some Frames without a lot of complications.
