Friends offered us their weekend house for the night so we could relax and sleep in. Changed my flight and made dinner with leftovers. We had eggs, bacon, and parmesan from making breakfast and found pasta in their cabinet and a little guanciale in the freezer. Hello carbonara!

Pasta Carbonara is one of my favorites, I am a pasta lover, plus it is very easy to prepare, excellent food no doubt hehe looks excellent 🙌.
