This happens way too often.

I can't know unfortunately. I am on the side of the payment receiver, having to contact the user and explain why the payment was not automatically accepted.

Happens too often.

So far reports have been coinbase and metamask wallet.

Could you please elaborate in which wallets exactly it happens, so that we can avoid using them?

Tell that to an accountant lol. Changing a pasted amount is a serious bug. Absolutely no excuses there.

Please just round the payment request to a few decimal points, no one cares that it’s not exactly $10

Why's this so relatable. I use metamask it happened multiple times when exchange wants me to send exact amount and i paste same in wallet but in the end wallet send slightly more 😩 frustrating experience

Honestly shouldn’t the commerce platform just have a setting to accept the payment if it’s off by a trivial amount?
