well... I mean... you do have the seed phrase right?!? USB drives don't have particularly long lives especially if they are getting plugged in and out constantly. And of course you do that with a hardware wallet because obviously you shouldn't just leave it out and plugged in

Shit. I trust keyless wallets more and more. Personally I think it’s a higher chance of getting dementia than scammed if you are smart enough. By enough I mean smart at bare minimum - not to log into unknown sites, not to approve unknown txs etc.
